Sea Breeze 

This wonderful seaside Cottage has it all – the sun from the moment it rises each morning, fantastic sea views, a sun trap patio overlooking Looe Bay, a large enclosed garden with BBQ patio area. Spacious lounge and dining room with great sea views, fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen, utility room, bathroom and W.C, one ground floor twin bedded room, one ground floor double room and stairs leading to the master double bedroom, with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room with W.C.

We provide private parking for one car in the garage, but on road parking is also permitted outside the property. (Private parking is a MUST in the popular resort of Looe, where parking charges are expensive for guests staying at properties without the benefit of their own parking facility). Fully equipped with Freeview digital T.V, DVD player, CD player, a selection of books, games and DVD’s, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, Sea Breeze is heated by gas central heating throughout the colder months for a cosy stay, this system also heats the water there. 

Sea Breeze is ideally situated for exploring the rest of Cornwall and south Devon, it’s just 35 minutes from Eden and The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth. This charming cottage is perfect for couples looking for a romantic retreat – And Family friendly, with a cot and highchair available to use – Great for walkers, as the start of the coastal path to Polperro and onwards to Fowey is just a couple of minutes walk from the cottage – And an absolute must for keen anglers, as Looe has an abundance of fishing trips leaving the harbour daily!

For those of you with children, you may request the use of a free travel cot and high chair. 

 

Sea Scape Cottage

Situated just a few metres from our ever popular Sea Breeze Cottage, Sea Scape Cottage has it all – the sun from the moment it rises each morning, fantastic sea views, a sun trap patio and balcony overlooking the bay, a pretty enclosed garden with BBQ patio area. Spacious lounge with great sea views, a dining room, fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen, utility room, shower room with W.C, and stairs leading to one twin bedded room, a fantastic double master bedroom, overlooking the bay and a single bedroom, and a full sized bathroom with electric shower.

Private parking is provided for one car, and on road parking is also permitted. Sea Scape Cottage is heated by night storage heaters throughout the colder months for a cosy stay.Fully equipped with Freeview digital T.V, DVD player, selection of books, games and DVD’s, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

A Graco Travel cot and highchair are available upon request.
