This delightful cottage is situated a short way up West Looe Hill, a short walk from the river's edge in West Looe and the many delights that Looe town has to offer.

Beautifully furnished throughout the cottage has a fresh and modern feel whilst maintaining the character of the building to offer a welcoming and cosy space. On entering the cottage, the ground floor has an open plan lounge dining area with comfortable seating, Smart TV with Sky package, dining table and four chairs and as well as the central heating there is an electric fire in the lounge to add to the cosy appeal of the room. Off the dining room is the small but well-designed kitchen complete with oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and built-in coffee maker for filter coffee. To the rear of the property is a small utility room with washer dryer and little freezer. 

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with shower, w.c. and wash basin.  The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and again have a lovely welcoming feel. There is a small furnished patio at the rear of the property (please note as this is a raised area it is not suitable for very young children) and there is a parking space in a private car park just a two minute walk from the cottage.
