The members of East Cornwall Bach Choir look forward to welcoming you to their Singing Day on Saturday 11th May 2024 featuring the wonderful work The Armed Man : A Mass For Peace by Karl Jenkins.
The venue will be St Martin's Church Liskeard PL14 3 AQ ( a 15 minute walk from Liskeard station) with registration from 10 am and an exciting performance of the work at 4 pm. We are pleased to announce that our guest conductor will be Robin Stubbs with our Musical Director Simon Dunbavand accompanying on the organ.
Chosen as a fitting way of marking the 80th anniversary of the D Day landings, this accessible music makes a satisfying subject for a one day singing workshop.
Hot drinks will be on sale as well as an array of home made cakes.

Access arrangements : Access for mobility scooters is at the far end of the churchyard on Church Street South, opposite Wadham Road. Follow the tarmac path to the north door where there is step-free access to the building. The ramp at the Lych gate (north side of church) is appropriate size for wheelchairs, but not for mobility scooters.
