About

Located at the foot of Hessenford Valley, this sand and shingle beach is a family favouite with easy access, good waves and shallow places to paddle and play, where the River Season crosses the beach. There is also a small children’s play area and mini basketball court beside the car park.

Behind the beach, lies Seaton Valley Country Park. The park reaches deep into the valley alongside the River Seaton and is home to an abundance of wildlife such as dragonflies, butterflies, ducks, kingfishers, dormice, and otters.
