The property is situated on a hill just off the main street of Looe, close to the beach and shops. On entering the property you come into a small porch leading off the landing, upstairs are two bedrooms with plenty of storage. The double bed room has stunning views across the Harbour, The second bedroom has adult bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail and radiator.

Down the stairs leads to the living area, with patio doors leading on to the decking area with the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view. The lounge leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table to enjoy your favourite meals.

Looe has a wealth of pubs, restaurants and a traditional fishing harbour, the second largest in Cornwall. If you want to try your hand yourself, there are plenty of boating and fishing trips available during the season.
