The property is located just a two minute walk from the heart of Looe and the beach and has easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the bustling harbour. The spacious, modern family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with mixer shower, plus wc and wash hand basin. From the double and twin bedrooms there are views of the river over the roof tops. Upstairs is the loft space which has two single futons and a new en suite shower room with wc and wash hand basin.
