Lindos is a fantastic Victorian house with a large, fabulous, elevated deck overlooking the river and just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Looe. This spacious accommodation is perfect for family or friends looking for a Cornish break close to the coast. The stunning dining area and lounge provide an ideal space for entertaining and on a lovely summer's evening you can open the double doors onto the expansive deck and watch the sun go down. The loft master bedroom, newly-added in the Spring of 2019, with its own private bathroom and balcony, is a fabulous addition to this spacious house. The views from this balcony stretch out in both directions - the most private place to relax and enjoy an early morning coffee. A short walk along the road takes you into the centre of town where you can wander through the quaint streets or along the harbour side and explore the range of gift shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants.

In addition to the bedrooms listed below, there is a further bunk room suitable for two children on the ground floor. This room can be booked for an additional charge of £20 per day. Please be aware that the living and dining room provides seating for 8 people in comfort. 

GARDEN & PARKING: Verandah with views of the river. 2 parking spaces, one is located directly opposite the front gate, the other is 50m along the road towards Looe. All are clearly signed, please keep within the designated bays.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. The property has 22 steps in three sections up to the decking and entrance door. There is approx. 200m of road from the house to the pavement which leads to Looe.
