An attractive 4 berth bunkhouse with en-suite shower room and small food preparation area. We welcome groups of friends and families and well behaved dogs! The coast path is a 5 min walk away and Seaton Beach a 15 min walk with good restaurant, pub and a beach cafe. With sea views and peaceful rural location, this compact accommodation is ideal for a 1 - 3 nights stay. Near to Looe (4 miles). Enjoy a relaxed stop-over with outdoor seating area and space to enjoy the views, eat and BBQ.
The bunkhouse is a quirky and characterful space, with 4 bunk beds, 2 accessed via a ladder. It has a good sized en-suite shower room as well as a small but attractive food preparation area complete with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, suitable for preparing snacks.
Please note there is no cooker, however there are many excellent places to eat out locally - just ask for some recommendations!
Bedding and towels are provided, as are crockery and cutlery for 4 people.
Outside there is a picnic area, with table and we are happy for you to BBQ if you bring one- just ask where it is best to do this. Our garden enjoys beautiful sea views across to Rame Head and is incredibly peaceful and rural.
Only minutes from the coast path, the bunkhouse is perfect for walkers, cyclists or anyone wanting to explore this hidden corner of Cornwall.
Just half an hour from Plymouth into Cornwall, we are ideally situated for access to many of Cornwalls attractions, including unspoilt beaches such as Whitsand Bay, delightful fishing villages, such as Looe and Polperro as well as being within driving distance of the Eden Project.
Please note that we are on a well for our water supply and a septic tank system, so are careful with water consumption. Excessive water use can cause us to run out!! We are seeking to live in an environmentally friendly way, using heating, electricity and water wisely and recycling as much as possible.
The Bunkhouse has it's own separate entrance and is self contained. There is parking for 1 car on our gated driveway. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor picnic table as well as some parts of the garden to enjoy our delightful views and the peaceful surroundings.
