Lowen House is a beautiful Victorian town house set in a quiet location up the hill in West Looe. It has stunning views over the estuary and up the river valley surrounded by rolling hills. The house comes with a mix of classical and modern furnishings along with a garden lounge, perfect for a barbecue or afternoon tea.
The space
The house has three comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a modern bathroom complete with both a walk in shower and a bath.
You can enjoy the bright lounge with comfortable sofas and views over the surrounding hills, as well as the front garden. There's also a fully fitted modern kitchen to prepare delicious meals from freshly caught fish, which are available from the quayside fishmongers. Other fresh local produce are also available in the town below just 5 minutes walk away.
Equipment to make your stay more enjoyable includes smart TVs in the lounge and two of the bedrooms. Every room has wireless Bluetooth speakers that you can use to create a sound system that covers the whole house. USB plug inns are also provided in every room.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also included, as well as central heating and two fireplaces to keep away the chill in the colder months.
The house has a parking space for two smaller cars or one larger SUV.
