The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, a washing machine and counter-top tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a few steps up lead you into the cosy lounge, a characterful room with comfortable furnishings, TV/DVD and looking over the rooftops enjoying harbour and coastal views. The perfect place to kick back and relax after a day's activities whilst planning your next adventure. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is located just off from the porch area. From the lounge, steep cottage style stairs lead you to the middle floor and the master bedroom, a king-size that has been stylishly furnished. A further narrow staircase down leads to the ground floor and twin bedroom, suitable for adults or children.

Heading outside, there is a small raised garden area with decking and a charcoal BBQ, with lovely outdoor furniture giving those wonderful coastal views and a small enclosed slate patio with furniture. A parking permit for one car is provided with the property, for a nearby carpark along the harbour, roughly 10 minute walk from the property.
