ACCESS TO THE COTTAGES & LOOE

The location of Pendruffle Cottage is quite unique being set upon a hill with wonderful views overlooking the East Looe river and sea inlet. The access from the main road to the cottage is via a steep driveway with a sharp right hand bend which should be taken in a low gear leading up to a car parking area with designated parking for Pendruffle. The cottage is then approached form the car park by a down gradient pathway with hand rail for anybody with walking issues along the row of cottages with Pendruffle being the second cottage on your left.

Pendruffle has its own pathway with a few steps leading up to the flat ground floor patio area and entrance. To access Looe from the cottage you walk along the pathway with steps leading down to Barclay House driveway where you can access 'Johns Walk' to the village centre taking approximately 5-10 minutes to walk. Care needs to be taken once you reach the bottom of Johns Walk as there is about 50yrds of main road with no path and traffic so stay close to the wall.
