The brick built villa, with full double glazing, has its own large fenced and gated patio with table and chairs which over looks the sea and is great for Al Fresco dining or just relaxing. It is approx 200 metres from the beach.
You walk from the patio through the large patio doors into the lounge/dining area, where there is a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 settee's,, satellite T.V (basic channels), DVD player, CD/Radio, and free Wifi.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped for 4 persons and has fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker, iron, cutlery etc.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Duvets, pillows ,bed linen and T.towels are supplied.
Please bring your own towels.
The full size bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
Electric heaters are in every room with an electric towel rail in the bathroom. Hot water is by electric immersion heater.
Electric is by card meter and we supply the first £10 for holidays of 7 nights and above. Short breaks is £5. Top up cards are available from an automated machine on site in multiples of £5, 24hrs a day.
There are 60 steps up to the villa , so unfortunately may be unsuitable for the elderly, people with mobility difficulties or very young children.
