Downstairs are the two bedrooms and good size family bathroom with bath and electric shower over. The property has an outside seating area and garage parking underneath for a small car (access to the garage is tight). 

There is a large public car park at the Millpool. 

Conveniently located to the centre of town this is a great base for a holiday and being newly constructed, with gas central heating throughout, guests can be assured of a comfortable stay all year round.
