Stallance is a stunning house in a fabulous position with wonderful sea views.
The standard of accommodation is very high, it has a contemporary feel but retains the character of a family home. Ground floor accommodation comprises a large kitchen diner with well equipped kitchen including 7 ring gas burner, double oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and food processor, a breakfast bar and large extendable dining table. The kitchen diner is a very sociable space with ample room and seating, beautiful views across the gardens to Looe Island and a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a comfortable lounge which also has beautiful views, a lovely downstairs double bedroom and a fantastic modern wet room also all on the ground floor.
Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, both at the front of the house, they have views over Looe Bay and the island which are truly stunning. One room has a king size bed and an en suite with bath and shower over and the second room has a super king size bed (zip and link). The fourth bedroom is an attractive twin room and as with the other bedrooms has a contemporary feel whilst retaining character. The family bathroom has bath and separate large walk in shower.
Stallance has private parking for 4-5 cars, free wifi, accepts two well behaved pets (there is a fee, per pet), has magnificent views, lovely gardens and is a minutes walk from the beach, the public tennis courts and two lovely cafes.
