Villa 49 is a open-plan villa on the Millendreath Beach Resort with access to facilities such as bar, cafe & restaurant and shop subject to seasonal opening times.

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen & towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. 

Accessibility: Easy access.

Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, 42" Plasma TV with Freeview. Far-reaching sea and beach views.

Nearest beach: 500 yards.

Nearest amenities: on site. 

Outdoors: Enclosed veranda with garden furniture and great views of the beach. Storage box with access to various beach equipment.

Parking: Sufficient on-site parking. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week. 

Family facilities: Not provided, but can be hired. 

Pets: No pets welcome, sorry. 

General: WiFi included, electricity included in rent; panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, card can be topped up on site.

Important notes: No smoking, not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 28 steps leading to the villa.
