Scoundrels & Bootleggers of The Jamaica Inn, the preventative men are coming! Stash your trinkets & contraband, grab your belongings and flee for your lives!
Scoundrels have 4 hours and Bootleggers have 8 hours, you all start at noon. The revenue men will be hot on your heels, take only the essentials and get as far away from the Jamaica Inn as possible! You have a 60 minute head start before the customs men set out to track you down….
The Scoundrels & Bootleggers who get the furthest away from The Jamaica Inn, as the crow flies, will be crowned chief Rum Runners 2024!
All runners will be issued gps trackers and are monitored / supported for the duration of the event. Runners may head off in any direction but must to stick to public rights of way and adhere to event restrictions. Runners have to make their own way home at the end of the event & return the tracker (see terms & conditions).
