Situated in the Millendreath Valley just 200 metres from the beach, Blueview is a modern villa with lovely sea views from the furnished terrace. Just 200 metres from the large sandy beach where paddleboards and kayaks are available for hire during the Summer months and from where the beautiful South East Cornwall Coastal paths are accessible both to the East and West. The hugely popular Black Rock Bistro and Bar overlook the beach and offer fabulous food throughout the day and evening.
The accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen dining area with underfloor heating throughout; there is comfortable soft seating, a flat screen TV, free Wifi and a Vinyl record player for use ensuring a comfortable stay even on damp days. The kitchen area includes electric oven and hob, fridge, small separate freezer and microwave. The bathroom is a modern white suite with bath and electic shower over, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have a standard double bed and the main room overlooks the terrace to the hills beyond.
The terrace is a large space furnished with table and chairs and picnic bench and enjoys lovely views of the sea,coastline and countryside. Parking for one car is available in the car park a 2 minute walk from the property at a cost of £5 per stay. Please note there are approximately 35 steps leading up to the property.
