This beautiful Grade 2 listed, 16th century building sits in the heart of town and has been thoughtfully and tastefully put together by the new owners to offer a welcoming and homely space.
The many delights of Looe are all on the doorstep with the beach, river, shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs all within an easy walk. There is no parking at the property but it is possible to stop within a short walk to unload and then there is a large public car park within a 10 minute walk where a permit can be purchased for approximately £30.00.
