About

Little Mainstone is an attractive Victorian building situated on the West Bank of the river Looe, with a picturesque view across the harbour.
We offer a traditional English breakfast, which is served in the dining room overlooking the harbour.
We also have on site parking.

The Town & Harbour

The medieval town of Looe you see today was originally two separate towns East Looe and West Looe. East Looe is where you will find the main shopping centre and the harbour. West Looe is more tranquil, with a selection of Shops Restaurants and Guest houses. From West Looe, East Looe is a short walk over the historic bridge that spans over the River Looe dating back to the mid 1800'S, there you will find a large selection of traditional Pubs and A-La-Carte restaurants. You will also find buildings dating back to the 15th century in and around the town.
